In the process field, you should add the following information:
- How did you mix?
- Did you knead or fold?
- What were the temperatures?
- How long did you bulk ferment? How did you determine that bulk was over?
- Did you retard or bake when the bulk was over?
- Baking temperatures? Times? Did you use a dutch oven, or was it an open bake?
Please also include pictures of the bread, inside and outside. I’d like to see the bread from the side to see the shape and the crumb inside. Those things tell me a lot about what could have gone wrong.
The more information you give me, the more I can figure out what went wrong.
